The hostel was clean and in good condition. They have a simple kitchen and a washing machine available. The beds were comfortable, and they also have lockers. The showers weren’t very good, and the bathroom was too small for the number of people they can host. Bonus: there’s a coffee shop across from the hostel with good food and convenient opening hours.

Great hostel. Showers hot and bright d's comfy. Sabanas and blankets supplied. In November, those blankets were a bonus. Cafe opp is now closed until March. No mercado in town you'll need to bring food in, if on Camino from now until spring. Great dinner in town 400m. Portions big. Restaurant open until 7.30pm.

Bad experience! The albuerge is very dirty (kitchen, bathroom) and the dormitory is filled with so many beds that you cannot really move around. Also the blankets they give smell very bad, like they haven’t been washed before. There is no supermarket or other real restaurant so we had to eat in the shop next to it were they served frozen pizza from the supermarket for 10€. So we felt very uncomfortable and had so much better experiences for only half of the price. We would not recommend!!

They supplied us with linens and blanckets, which was highly appreciated. The showers has some privacy with personal boots. The place is clean and well maintained.

One of the very good albergues along the Portuguese Camino. They actually let you heat the room, which is incredibly rare in Portugal. And trust me, in March, you want that! The kitchen is small, but the yard is great and the washing facilities are good. There's actually a dryer here (a rare occurrence in public albergues - 4€). The café bar just accross the street is great (also has a market at the back).
