Best place so stay on the Camino. Natalia is the best host ever!
Best place to stay during the Camino Portugal! This was my most memorable and favorite accommodation on the Portuguese route! I was incredibly lucky to have booked a room by phone the day before. The property doesn't have a website and only has a few Google reviews, though they were good. I was a little apprehensive beforehand, but upon arrival and meeting the warm and welcoming Natalie, I felt incredibly lucky to be staying in such a wonderful place. It was a truly cozy and thoughtful B&B. Two other pilgrims and I shared a room, which only had three rooms (two singles and one double), with a shared bathroom. The room cost 30 euros per night, including breakfast (milk, juice, bread, spreads, and two types of cereal). It was very quiet, and Natalie was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She easily resolved any concerns with a smile. You can choose to have her drive you to the supermarket or arrange for free restaurant transfers for dinner. It was the best night's sleep I've ever had in Portugal! Highly recommended.
Super sweet host, who drove us to the supermarket. It was wonderful to have an entire house at your disposal (shared bathroom). Very neat and clean. Right on the Camino route.
We had a wonderful stay at this hostel! We were greeted with genuine warmth upon arrival – you can immediately feel that hospitality is a top priority here. The house is lovingly furnished and exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace, which made our evening perfect. Everything you could possibly need was there – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. They provided everything a pilgrim could need, even plasters. We felt completely at home and would love to come back. Thank you so much for this fantastic stay. ❤️
A very warm welcome. The fireplace was lit especially for us to dry our wet shoes and clothes. The room was cozy, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We were very helpful with any questions. I arrived here injured yesterday, and Natalia helped with everything. Thank you so much.
