This was a very nice accommodation. My room was huge, I had enough room on the floor to put out my yoga mat. It also had heat in the room. I had a chill after trekking the Camino in the rain for two days. The extra blankets were also welcome. I like the fact they used individual packets for shampoo and body wash. Much less waste. There was a hot water kettle, coffees and teas available all the time. I used the kettle to fill my hot water bottle for my cold, aching body. I did not give it 5 stars for location, because it was a considerable distance from the trail, I believe a kilometer, where you had to walk on the roadway.
Great stay. So friendly. The owners were amazing and welcomed us with a beer and on the last night a great glass of Port. Lovely location.
Simple, elegant and homely. Isabel made us feel at home. Coutersy shutter trip to dinner place and to the starting point of our camino the next day. Great gestures from her.
Excellent place, beautiful Quinta with a decent swimming pool. Isabel was very accommodating. Do to be a little be away from the Camino they offer you a ride to places with no extra cost, everyone was very friendly. I definitely will go back there šš¼
My wife and I stayed at this remarkable hostel that is hosted by an equally qualified, remarkable hostess, Isabel. Our room was large, very clean, beautiful and the bathroom was the best that we had in two months of European travel. The grounds of the complex reminded us of an ancient monastery, yet it is quite new. We'd give it a 5+ rating.
