If the hotel has tours there individual guests will not be served. No dinner service available. No bar service. No announcement of these omissions. Nothing. Really exasperating that they sent an almost 80 year old female alone out to find a mere dinner. What kind of people are these?
We arrived tired from a 9 hour drive. We were met with a staff that far exceed what we expected. The you lady and man that checked us in and their English blew us away. I do speak spanish,Spanish, but not understand fully and the young lady took control and handle everything to the most finite detail. We will be visiting again and make recommendations all our friends who come. Thank you for making this a GREAT and WONDERFUL vacation.
I could not be more grateful of this hotel spent 4 nights and enjoyed my stay, is walkable distance to the main city center. Breakfast is good. Dinner also good. Front desk associates are really helpful. Our room had an awesome overview of the city and university campus
I began the booking process on a different online platform and I completed it on the hotel site; before the payment, I was not required to check all the data and the confirmation of the reservation arrived for a different period. I quickly called and wrote some emails to modify the period, but their "customer policy" did not allow it, "neither paying an extra charge for the change" (this their negative reply), even if it was previewed in their confirmation email. So they put my money in their pocket without giving anything back! I'm going to have legal assistance....
Nice room, good aircon, nice balcony and adequate bed. Breakfast was nice enough. Garden and swimming pool were very nice during this hot weekend. Downside: no water cooker/coffee on room.
