As an international traveler, I appreciate comfort, cleanliness, and the location of my accommodations. My wife and I could not have been happier with O Paço! Our room was beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home, and the location was central to restaurants and cafés and historical points of interest, which were all within walking distance. The ornate ceiling of the bedroom is magnificent, and the furniture was tasteful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, while the room was extremely quiet, which made for an excellent sleeping environment. Last but not least, the warm reception and orientation by David was most greatly appreciated.
O Paco Hotel has the most hospitable staff, very cosy rooms, central location in Tomar and stunning view on the castle from the balcony. Managers of the hotel were so kind to help us with our Tesla charger (we could not charge anywhere in the city on our travel day) and literally saved us during the trip to Tomar. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its convenience and beauty, but also for the hospitable people that manage it. Will definitely come back in spring or summer!
Trip to Tomar was special thanks to O Paco hotel and its staff - very helpful and truly amazing people! I got sick during the trip and was very thankful for a warm room (with air conditioner) and comfortable bed. The hotel is very central, we could easily walk anywhere. It was also very clean and quiet, just loved it 🧡
What a wonderful gem this place is! We stayed in three different places throughout Portugal and this accommodation was by far our favorite. Very roomy, clean and nice amenities. The highlight was the beautiful terrace with very comfortable furniture, that had the best views of the castle. Especially beautiful at night when the castle is lit up. Another great feature was the beautiful wood carved high ceilings! The room was super clean with nice accommodations. The location was an easy walk to the cute town. We also really appreciated how accommodating the hosts were!
We loved our stay at O Paço! Location is perfect, just a few minutes from the historical city centre and surrounded by supermarkets, retail and cafes. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking, overlooking the castle and the old city. Honestly the best I've had in Tomar. Our room was spacious, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The host Sónia was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again!
