My wife were doing the Camino de Santiago, this hotel was in a convenient spot. We gave 5 stars hands down because of Alberto! He was helpful, knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and any questions that we asked. Every once in a while you walk into a hotel or an office, or wherever and it's the employee that makes all the difference in the experience! It was very nice meeting you and thank you for all of your help, cheers!
Quiet and comfortable modern style Hotel within level, easy walking distance of all of Tui's services and facilities. Bed and pillow comfortable and shower fine too. The best is the excellent Reception service from Alberto, a rising Star. Willing to resolve any issues using own initiative and recommend good places to eat. Breakfast was ok, could be more fruit like banana's for the pilgrims.
Friendly and helpful staff.Very centrally located. Wide choice of food in the breakfast buffet although the steps down to the buffet need a hand rail as it is quite steep for 'oldies'.Fairly large car parking area behind and below the hotel at extra cost.
Old and dated rooms, the carpet didn’t look to clean. There’s no WiFi, only on the lobby. The pool is closed, even though it’s quite warm (27 degrees). The breakfast was good and the personnel is nice.
