For 45€, it's a bargain. Clean, freshly renovated, comfortable beds, very kind host, hot shower. There is also a restaurant downstairs (lunch and dinner only I think... It was most definitely closed for breakfast). If you need a bit of comfort when walking the Camino Portugues, I highly recommend it. Plus it's right in the old historical part of Tui and just a few steps from the Camino. The photo is the view from my room.
My husband and I, cycling the Camino, stopped by this hostel to see if there were rooms available. The owner was incredibly antipathetic and rude to me, and on top of that wanted to charge us extra for bicycles. When I asked to see one of the rooms he simply responded “go look on booking”. We’ve been traveling 5 weeks and this is the first time I encounter such hostility. We left immediately to find another place.
Super position on Camino. Very friendly owner. Rooms a little bit small, but perfect, clean, with own bathroom. Situated in old vila, near restaurants and bars. Tui is quiet and beautiful city.
It's a lovely one star hotel. Lots of space and we felt very welcome and comfortable here.
Small, but comfortable room. Great location and very nice host. Perfect for a night on the Camino.
