Slow and incomplete information from the contact person. Upon arrival, still no information. No code for the key safe, and the phone was unanswered. We spoke to a Portuguese number from a friendly assistant who was immediately answered. With a sigh, we received the code for the key safe and thus access to the accommodation. The photos are accurate. Modern and tastefully decorated. The house was very damp and smelled incredibly musty. The made beds were damp to the touch. Mold in the refrigerator, mold in the microwave, crumbs on the floor. Cushions on the sofas on the terrace were covered in moisture and mold. Where we expected to find moisture, in the hot tub, we only found dead flies and dirt under the cover. Thankfully, we received our deposit back. DO NOT book this accommodation.
