I stayed at these apartments for close to 1 month this summer and my kids and I loved it. The host was fantastic with communication and getting back to me when i needed something. The location of the apartment could not be better - in my opinion it is the BEST location in the Muralhas. Apartments were very clean and modern with everything that you could possibly need and more. My kids are already asking me to book the same apartments for next summer. Highly recommend!!!!

The apartments are located in a fascinating location. Inside you have all amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful and ensure that you feel welcomed and taken care of. It's a beautiful place for a couple or a family. If you are a Caminero de Santiago the property is excellent as it offers washing machine! I will come back 100% during my next visit to Valença. Fully recommend it!

We rented a house for almost two weeks in Viana do Castelo. Both house and Diana were dreadful. Do not rent from this company. We never met the owner she refused to attend the property. We only messaged on WhatsApp. We dealt with her father - neither of us were able to communicate with each other very well due to language barriers. He tried to show us the amenities. However, the heating did not work at all. The WiFi did not work. We wasted so much time trying to get it all fixed. They finally fixed it and then the power cut out for over 14 hours. This then stopped the WiFi working yet again. They then finally fixed this as well. The overriding issue was the damp and mould. Mouldy smell everywhere. It was so bad that we were unable to put our clothes away in the wardrobes as the mould was so bad. We had to hang out clothes on racks and hanger in the sitting room. We had to wash all the walls, kitchen utensils, pots and pans as everything smelt so badly of mould. There was a large dehumidifier which we kept running 24/7 it literally filled up every 3 hours for the nearly two weeks we were there. We had to wash all the towels and sheets as they smelt of mould. We had to buy new pillows and duvets as two of the pillows in the main room were literally wet with damp. The first weekend a huge sound stage (concert stage) set up literally 50 feet from the house on communal village ground. We learned that there was to be a three day festival playing music from 2pm until 2am(!!!) every day for three days. We did not sleep for three nights it was like sleeping in front of a stage at Glastonbury. When we told the owner she just said that it was out of her control. yes, the concert was but not informing us that a huge sound stage was going to be built 50 feet from the house to host a massive three day annual festival which takes place on the same dates every year - this was in her control but she did not tell us about it beforehand. My son was in a huge sailing competition and couldn’t sleep. We would never have booked her house if we had known that this was going to take place. It was an annual event, same time/date/venue every year - she knew about it and yet did not inform us before we booked. However, after all of this she arbitrarily decides after a few days that we are using too much heating and she shuts it off at the mains. I asked her to turn it back on. She accused me of wasting it to dry clothes. She had not visited the house since we had been there. Her father must have misunderstood that our clothes that were hanging on racks in the sitting room were for drying - they were there because the wardrobes were so damp and mouldy. She said were using too much and that she wasn’t going to turn it on again. Despite heating being listed in the contract. I begged her to turn it on as the weather was rainy cold and damp and her house was mouldy and damp. My son was so cold at night from being on the water all day. She still refused. We then had another power cut and then another one! So three in total. I then contacted VrBO. I wasted two days sending them videos She was furious that we complained to VrBo. However, I said to her all I want is for you to turn on the heating - it is freezing. It says in the contract that heating is provided. She still refused and kept telling VrBo when they contacted her that everything had been resolved. I wasted so much time telling them that it hadn’t.Eventually I developed a chest infection from the mould, my son got a nasty cold and temperature. We had to move out a night early as we couldn’t stand it anymore. She refused a refund of any kind and VrBo apparently cannot force her to refund. She is not a good person and her house is just so mouldy and damp. We left the house in a much, much better condition than when we found it.

Hemos ido el puente de carnaval con nuestra perrita y hemos estado encantados. De seguro si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos, ya que solemos ir una vez al año. Lo recomendamos 100%, sobre todo si vas con mascotas. Ellos son muy amables y atentos, están en constante disponibilidad. Las vistas son hermosas y la zona increíble. Nuestra perrita estuvo encantada y nosotros también. Muchas gracias por el servicio.
