If you have a car, then it's a great option with good value-for-money, and comfortable rooms The breakfast is nice. The wifi is somewhat lacking, and the common areas are modest and not so appeasing
I have stayed at this hotel twice already and I will be going back soon again for the third time... the staff is always professional and very friendly and the service has always been impeccable... the fact that everything is right there when you walk out of the hotel is a plus... Thank you for always making our stay the best.
Although the hotel is a little dated, it is just minutes from both the motorway (autoroute) and a fort village that is a must-see. Nearly on the border between Portugal and Spain, the staff are lovely, the breakfast and parking are free and there is a large free swimming pool. For the price it was really good value for money.
Staff was nice, and it was clean but it was old smell in the cupboards, obviously the pool in December was not the same as in summer time, coffee was from powder, orange juice was not fresh but cheap plastic bottled juice, with little fruit content. Bread was lovely for breakfast though. Overall not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful
This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but an excellent low cost stay. The place is a very well maintained retro 80's maybe 90's and some older stuff. Really cool retro maybe 60's radio in the headboard. Flooring is in immaculate condition, wood , and the place is clean, clean clean. Lots of thick soft towels, wine glasses in the room and soft drinks in the fridge for a very reasonable price. Firm bed. 40 euros for the night. Incredible value for the price.
