Family holiday for 5 nights - we had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and super helpful, even before we arrived they helped arrange our transfer from the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. Outdoor swimming pool a huge bonus and a lovely area to relax around. Breakfast was excellent- great choice and plentiful. It’s about a 15-20 min walk into the town where there are nice restaurants along the waterfront. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
First class Service and a nice modern Hotel.It was a very pleasant stay, characterized by a wonderful, friendly team...if there was a problem, the team at the reception desk addressed it and resolved it—truly exceptional. This is how a hotel should be—a big thank you. Best
Been here twice. Excellent hotel with nice service and spotless rooms. It will always be my first choice whenever visiting Viana.
I carefully chose the hotel, based on photos and reviews. But the reality surprised - unpleasant. Large and clean room. But! Why this large and clean room, which is more expensive than the others, located on the 1st floor without view and under the most expensive?? The smell of cigarettes came straight into the room. It was the first and great disappointment. We wanted to move, but there were no places... So the question - how can it be? Why do I pay more for my comfort and the comfort of my family, but get discomfort? The second disappointment was in the bathroom. In the bathroom there was a large bathtub, this was an important point when choosing the hotel for the trip, but there was nothing to close the water in the bath itself. Also the question - how is this possible? I understand, of course, in order to save... But excuse me, I paid my stay. Also the strange choice of smell of shower gel and soap (it’s male) plus no body cream. But there are bathrobes, it was nice. Next disappointment: we two adults and 1 child, but the towel gave us only 2. I have a question - how so? We paid for the stay 3. Well and breakfast. The eggs (ovos mexidos) were impossible to eat, the choice of food very and very modest. If on examples - delicious was bread and nut paste only! How so?? Do not recommend anyone and I will not return. It is a shame to write such a review, but I hope the management will hear me. Good luck.
Just got a free upgrade, pretty surprised! The room was / is so nice. The personal is very kind. The outside pool is clean, and you can enjoy Dinka there for a fair prize. I can just recommend this place.
