Avoid this guest house at all costs - worst service!! The extremely rude old man at the reception started yelling and insulting us the moment we arrived. Despite having already paid for our stay, he told us we were not allowed to check in, saying that he didn’t want “people like us” as guests and that we should never come back. When we asked for our money back, he even threatened to call the police – for what reason, I have no idea. This is by far the most unfriendly and hostile treatment I have ever experienced in hospitality. To this day, we have not received a refund, and since there were no other accommodations available, we were left to sleep on the street. This man should absolutely not be working in this job and should be dismissed immediately. I strongly recommend every traveler to stay far away from this place and book a different accommodation.
Le gérant est super gentil ! Lieu a 7 min du front de mer , parking gratuit là bas The owner is very nice , room with soft beds and a shower, we didn't need much ! Calm and 7 min walk to go to the sea, there is a free parking there near the museum on the boat
We arrived having walked 25km. We booked the previous evening and were informed that we had a private room and shower. It transpired that the shower room was not private and we would have to leave our room to go to the shower. He insisted that this was a private shower and told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else. Very rude . He did say that there was an alternative private room for E70! .STAY AT THIS HOTEL AT YOUR PERIL.
We arrived after 6 after walking 25kms on the Camino. We booked the night before for a private room with bathroom that appears on Buen Camino application for 40 Euros. We accepted the 50 Euros offered and booked. When we arrived we got shown a small room eiyh double bed and a bathroom accross the passage. Not private at all. My partner and the owner got into a disagreement and he told us to pay or leave. So we left. We stood in the rain phoning around to find a place somewhere else.
Just off the camino. Very clean room. And the friendly manager came dashing up shortly after we rang the door to enter. Very convenient for the centre of town. We had a family room on the lowest floor to ourselves. Was a little dark due to it having more of a skylight than a window, but very nice for our needs.
