Location and room condition were terrific 👌 Breakfast was also very nice and entire staff was very friendly.
Staff and cleaning are very nice. But when I booked the room it was saying, the view will be the mountain. And they put the river view pics for the room. I said, ok; it can be both. But when I see the room it was disappointed for me. It was the next house window all I can see.
The front desk and dining room people are super accommodating, kind, and welcoming.
I loved it. At first I was a bit suspicious, as they only have two stars. But they exceeded my expectations in a great style. Staff on the reception speak English, so we didn't struggle to communicate, as it sometimes happens in such a small town. The hotel is just beautiful, also the rooms are very cozy and have the air conditioning. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure, I was more than happy to be there. Oh, and they have a bidet. For sure will come back next year.
