Nice three star hotel, business type, rooms are ample and well kept, with parking in front and well located, walking distance to the train station and downtown as well as the comunity center and restaurants. Do not miss the breakfasts, ample to choose from to eat (self service)
Everything was great - good location, cozy and clean room, polite and welcoming staff. Only thing I noticed (not a problem for me but I assume will be for some) is that the noise from the corridor and other rooms may be heard easily, or at least in our room. Was definitely not bad and I will be glad to use the service of this lovely hotel again. 4,5 stars from 5, enjoy :)
Stayed for 11 days, rooms are fairly large especially for Portugal standards. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay in the heart of historic Viana.
Hotel is very close to the center, the city can be explored by foot. Rooms are good, service very friendly, the breakfast not 100% tasteful, thus minus a star. (scrambled eggs tasted bad)
No Evening dining. Super restrictive on pool and spa. Dings on lots of little things. Handle of the baggage very insecure
