Let's start with the good... Room was clean. Now that I got that out of the way here are the downsides... We were in room #13: The street noise is horrible all night. I've stayed in New York City with much less street noise. If you have issues, there is no one to talk to. The front desk is empty 24/7. Our handheld shower head would not stay supported in the holder so you could not take a proper shower under what was the equivalent of being under a hose (no spray). Staff knew this as they draped the hand held over the top of the actual holder each day after cleaning. For the first two days we had drainage issues in the bathroom that was later corrected. Room 13 has almost no Wifi signal and if we needed to do anything useful we would work out of the bathroom which had some signal. They give you a giant roll of toilet paper that won't fit on the roll, so it just sits off to the side as needed and probably handled by a number of people before us. Bed was like a rock and pillows were hard as well. There were few electrical plugs in the room and I ended up leaving my laptop plugged into the bathroom outlet which wasn't that bad since it's the only place with wifi. Last bit of annoyance is when they clean rooms late, around 5pm (17:00). After a long day running around it sucks to have to wait to get into your room. As an FYI, none of the staff I encountered spoke any English. This played no part in my review as I would never expect people from another country to cater to my language as I was the outsider and did not speak Portuguese.
A little overpriced but very clean with good sized rooms and bathrooms.

Funcionários arrogantes, quarto sujo com toalhas molhadas, papel higiénico e o mesmo até acabar, utilizado por dezena de pessoas que ficaram e ficam naquele quarto. Quando liguei para reservar um quarto de casal para apenas 1 noite, a funcionária deu-me o valor de 50€. No dia da minha reserva, primeiro tive que ligar para me abrirem a porta, liguei 2 vezes uma a dizer que estava a chegar e outra a dizer que estava a porta e a dona, super bruta e mal educada a responder me mal e a dizer para esperar que o funcionário estava a chegar. Depois para não bastar pediram me 60€ e eu disse que me tinham dito 50€ o funcionário ligou para a dona, ao qual ela respondeu que não, que era 60€ se eu quisesse 50€ tinha que ir para outro alojamento. Não acho normal dizem um preço depois cobram outro? Não volto cá, nem recomendo. Funcionários e dona arrogantes, mal educados, quartos sujos, cama, chão, toalha e tapete molhados, papel higiénico e gel de banho utilizado por dezena de pessoas. Falta de higiene e cuidado.
