Camping Paisaxe

We had a wonderful stay at Camping Paisaxe. The staff were very friendly and welcoming – at first, we were shown a smaller pitch, but then they offered us a larger one further back, which turned out to be perfect: spacious, quiet with only a few neighbors, a partial sea view, and a truly beautiful sunset. The campsite is one of the cleanest my wife and I have ever visited. It felt like there was always someone cleaning the toilets and shower cabins, no matter the time of day. The sanitary facilities were excellent – plenty of warm water and, most importantly, rotary knobs for continuous flow (so much better than those push-button showers that stop every few seconds, even if I understand the reason behind them). There are also more than enough toilets and showers available, and many pitches have water and electricity connections nearby. The pool was generously sized, with a pleasant water temperature and enough loungers available. The site was very peaceful, although it was already past the high season and many permanent campers had left. Another plus is the Eroski shopping center within walking distance, as well as direct access to a sandy beach. During low tide the beach is not particularly attractive, but that’s just nature and not the campsite’s fault. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that maneuvering a large caravan (2.40 m+ wide) can be a bit tight, especially if the campsite is full, as many pitches are occupied by permanent campers. Also, the reception area has limited space for arrivals, which can make it tricky to avoid blocking the way for others. Overall, this is an excellent campsite – clean, quiet, with great facilities and very friendly staff. We would happily return.

Very nice campsite, in campervan. Had plenty of available pitches, all level, early Sep, but suspect might be busy in holiday season and a bit noisier. Had all facilities, kept very clean, no issues in this respect. Good location. Would recommend, and would stay there again.

Nice campsite with good and warm showers, clean sanitair and with direct entrance to the beach. Good situated for several trips to nature and beautiful towns.

Lovely campsite with great staff. Shower blocks and toilets were spotless, as was the pool área. We had a pitch overlooking the sea with plenty of space. There was a supermarket within 5 minutes walk plus a couple of bars and a restaurant. Also a bar restaurant on Site. Great place - we would definitely return

Lovely clean site. Spotless toilet and shower block. Plenty of hot water and pressure on the shower. €68 euros for 2 nights for 2 people and electricity. WiFi connection very good. Swimming pool on site, but we didn't use it. Next to the beach. Only 2 vans were us and friends so can't comment on what it will be like in the summer but there was plenty of room
