Family, cozy and wonderful hotel. Both Ramona and Serafín treat you like family. We have been staying here for 4 years and without a doubt we will continue coming to Torres every year. We are a couple and a 13-year-old girl and the treatment towards the three of us is 10. It has a large and very clean pool, the place is very cozy and right on the beach. 100% recommended
It is the second year that we stayed here (2 adults and 2 children). The Hotel's unbeatable location overlooks the beach directly and also has a large and very clean pool. It has a large garden with sun loungers and tables with chairs that you can move as you like depending on whether you prefer to be in the sun or in the shade. The rooms, like the rest, are very clean and at a good price, but without a doubt what would stand out the most would be the kindness and familiarity with which the owners treat you, especially Ramona, who is charming, always concerned that everything is well and especially with the children. I recommend it 100% and I hope to repeat next year.
I went with children and they called him out in a bad way for using a ball in the pool when there was no prohibition and it was only us in it. If you want to swim in the pool, they restrict your use to the hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. In the hammock area there are hedges and plants blocking access, rusty sheets and some of them with broken backs. The television in the room did not have the channels programmed correctly. Poor cleaning.

A site with impressive views. Large and very clean pool right on the beach. The best, the treatment of the owners, Ramona and Serafín. This year we came to get married and the details with us have been impressive. From helping us iron the suits, a photo report and applause from the staff and clients with great affection when my girlfriend came down the stairs to attend the event (all this orchestrated by Ramona), to a very romantic room that we found when we arrived at night. The great price. We recommend to all of you who come on vacation to Vilanova de Arousa that if you are thinking about where to stay, ask at the Torres. You won't regret it.
