The room was exquisite and large. Very tastefully done. The food was lovely. The surroundings was nice. Provided transport to get back to the Camino trail.

Beautiful rooms, property and landscape. The restaurant food was delicious. The only downside is that it is a little bit out of town, but if you are looking for more tranquility then this is perfect.

We found bed bugs crawling around in our room when we moved one of the extra beds put in there for our kids. The manager offered us to exchange our very nice room with a view and room for all of us to four double rooms, and since it was too late to find another hotel, we accepted. However, we never got keys to the new rooms which opened up to a courtyard just by the parking lot. This meant we could not lock the doors before going to sleep. There was no apology from the hotels management. We booked through Airbnb, and instead of addressing our complaints, the hotel have removed their listing.

BED BUGS, STAY AWAY!!!! EDITED - to answer your comments. 08/16/24: You stayed at Pazo Santa María and on August 17 you left for Santiago on a horse,. That is to say, it is false that you could not go to Santiago and you went directly to the emergency room. ***I SAID I COULDN'T ENTER SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA PROPERLY. OUR ENTRY WAS ON AUGUST 18TH, THERE IS A FORMAL LETTER BY A THIRD PARTY, STATING I WAS MEDICALLY INCAPACITATED THAT DAY. 08/17/24: You went to the emergency room at 8:53 p.m. If you suffer from any type of specific allergy, it cannot be the hotel's problem. ... we receive more than 5,500 clients a year and we only have three comments related to this problem in the entire year (and all from the same period in 2024)... ***1. YOU ARE ADMITTING HERE THAT YOU DID HAVE THIS INFESTATION, AND THUS, IT IS ABSOLUTELY YOUR FAULT IF A GUEST HAS AN ADVERSE ALLERGIC REACTION FROM AN UNCONTROLLED PEST IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. He attached an invoice from the end of August issued by the company he hired from Camino a Caballo and requested that we pay for all his vacations, taxis, accommodation, supermarket expenses, transfers, doctors, etc. ***THIS IS NOT TRUE.
