Horrible!!!!!! So disappointed!!!! Freezing cold rooms, no extra blankets; the shades do not go down on the windows. You are allowed one hand and one bath towel. Shower leaks, so I had to use one of my towels to clean up. And, this is a private room. There are two of us in different rooms having the same experience. Manager is a smoker, so hall and rooms smell like smoke. There are “no smoking” everywhere. He also does not like to be bothered; we were having trouble with our keys getting in. Ready to (hopefully) sleep and move on. Buen Camino!!!
We had a lovely sincere welcome from our delightful host/owner David. Pensión Arcano was a beautiful city building and our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very restful night here

We are a couple who stayed here one night along the Camino de Santiago. The family welcome that these wonderful people offered us made the refreshment a warm memory that we will carry forever in our memories of the journey. Buena vida wonderful family! T&A
