The price was the highest on the whole Camino. Ok. The room was very good. But no breakfast available at 08:10!!! I called. They arrived 5 minutes later. Of course it takes time to prepare coffee. Very very bad service!!! Zero recommendation. Btw. Also no laundry possible. Not possible.
Absolutely joke of a hotel ...the reception is run by a weirdo who showed us to both rooms we booked in doing so he locked a set of keys into one of the rooms with his master key...he then accused us of losing the key we never had and refused to open the door with his master key to check ...I thought it was a hidden camera show at one point .. Another guest had to get involved as this was going on so long keys were found in the locked room receptionist then made a joke about this. Arrived for breakfast at 8.45 to be told the breakfast is over at 9am it was still 8.45!!! This hotel is bizarre wished I had read through some of the reviews first
It's a couple steps off Camino de Santiago. The room is fine. Wifi is functional. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. I arrived a bit before the 1 pm check-in time. Fellow pilgrims were already sitting (in chairs) outside of the hotel. The receptionist got to the hotel a bit after 1 pm.
Beautiful room, warm, good bathroom. Good space to take care of our backpacks.
Beautiful and comfortable rooms. I enjoyed my stay here. Great location. Things to note - the style of shower easily leaks onto the floor. And the reception is closed at 20:00. So, if you need extra towels, ask in advance! Also, room number 2 (I believe it was) is near the entrance. You can hear anyone coming in and out and having conversations at reception. Thankfully, there weren’t too many, however, it’s something to note. Gracias!!
