"A Santiago" Hotel

Today was a tough day on the Camino and I'm so glad I found this place! Booked a double room with private bathroom ahead of time and it was excellent value and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed for dinner (hamburger) which was delicious after a long day's walk. Apparently the pilgrim's menu was very good. Strongly recommend as a stop on the Camino, easily one of the best places I've stayed.

So very comfortable! Great people work here. Facilities great, comfy beds, amazing shower, has a pool! Also a grassy area to hang out. Also, laundry! Highly recommend.

Staying i this Albergue was super nice. The lady at the counter is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. It was so good to have a warm shower after all the hiking of the day.

We were quite excited to stop here because they had international flags from all over the country. We were met by a staff in his mid 40s or early 50s being very rude, throwing receipts on the table as we had a bit of dispute regarding paying via conversion. We still cleaned our table and said thank you but it really left a sour feeling for the rest of our Camino journey. Not to mention he was treating the Spanish speaking pilgrims with so much hospitality compared to us. It felt like we're were a bothering or nuisance to him rather than pilgrims If you don't want to welcome international people from specific backgrounds then please remove the flags of those you don't want visiting. Thank you.

Very clean bunk rooms, nice showers, excellent outside area to hang washing. Decent food. It's a little before town, which was great at the end of the walking day, but not great for exploring town in the evening. But it also has all amenities so you don't really have to leave.
