Casina de Terobe

I want to start by thanking Yolanda for the treatment we received when we went to file our complaint at the Moncloa de San Lázaro (owners of the Casina de Terobe). Her service was excellent. That said, our experience at the Casina de Terobe, where we stayed the week of August 18-24, was very negative. Here are the reasons: • Upon arrival, none of the kitchen lights worked, nor did the Wi-Fi. • The cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. • The beds were very uncomfortable due to the excessive noise they made when moving (with the exception of the one upstairs). • The main reason for our disappointment is that we rented the house because, according to the Moncloa de San Lázaro website, it had a garden. However, upon arrival, we discovered that this was not the case. After reporting this, they removed the photo of the garden from the website that same day. Had we known the truth, we would have chosen another accommodation. For all these reasons, our experience was not satisfactory and we will not stay at this house again.

Three-story house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a toilet. The kitchen was well-equipped. Towels, shampoo, and shower gel were also provided. Everything was fine; the only issues were the Wi-Fi connection and the limited parking available in front, but finding a spot on the long street was easy.

Very cute and very clean... great... it could use a bit more soundproofing between rooms. Everything else was perfect... it's very charming... but Booking.com implied it had a garden attached with a porch... and the porch and garden are 50 meters from the house through a path of vegetable gardens.

We couldn't have been happier. The house was fantastic in every way, especially in terms of cleanliness, and the service couldn't have been better. 100% recommended.

Everything is great, it has everything. The service is very good and very friendly. I give them a 10.
