5 / 5 One of the best albergues I stayed at along the Camino Frances. Clean, well run, friendly and lively vibe. Dedicated female dorm upon request if there is space/room. Really loved staying at this special place in late May of this year.
5 / 5 A excellent large albergue, very clean with single beds not bunk beds. Has a big courtyard with laundry area and accepts bikes. An extra charge for sheets, a towel and electricity to charge my ebike but still a good value.
4 / 5 A refuge with soul, tucked inside a historic building that hums with the stories of pilgrims past. No bunk beds here — just single beds spread out with room to breathe, a chair to sit and exhale, and disposable sheets that do the job. The beds aren’t plush, but after 25 kilometers on foot, they’re a welcome landing pad.
The vibe is friendly, peaceful. The kind of place where the hosts greet you not just with keys, but with warmth and Camino spirit. There’s singing, a blessing if you're lucky, and a quiet respect for the sacred rhythm of the road.
Bathrooms are clean, with real hooks, a handrail, and a bit of mold on the shower curtain — the kind of imperfection that makes a place feel real. The kitchen’s simple but fully functional: open fridge, kettle, microwave. You won’t cook a feast, but you’ll feed yourself.
No communal dinner or breakfast, but there are bars, a grocery store, and conversation nearby. The Wi-Fi is moody — sometimes it works, sometimes it wanders — but that’s the Camino. What matters is rest, kindness, and a place that makes space for your story.
I'd come back — for the spirit, the peace, and the song.
5 / 5 This is the best albergue I have ever stayed in. Both the environment and the facilities are kept very clean. The priest and the nuns are also very kind. The priest also told many stories about Camino Sandiago. We all enjoy it.
5 / 5 The check-in process was convenient, starting from 11 am, and it cost 10 euros. The nun who greeted me was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
There are four big and spacious rooms with plenty of natural light, each equipped with comfortable beds (no bunk beds).
The clean showers with very hot water were well-maintained and thoughtfully separated for men and women. Laundry facilities were available, with a washing machine for 3.5 euros. If you want to hand wash your clothes you'll need to bring your own soap.
While cooking isn't allowed, the kitchen had everything you'd need for heating food in a microwave. The dining room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with plenty of tables. There's even a praying room available for those seeking a moment of serenity.
The albergo clothes at 22:00.
