Very excellent hostel, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds. This is in an excellent location as well, very central for groceries, cafes and restaurants, also close to historical sites you must see. Thank-you, Hostal Santiago!
Thank you, Pablo, for world class customer service! I’m walking the Camino de Santiago. I accidentally left behind a precious item to me and I didn’t realize it until days later. Pablo went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get that item back to me as I was already days of head on the Camino. I was just about to give up, but Pablo said “give me a few minutes” and sure enough he helped me find a solution that worked! He made all the necessary calls and had my property returned to me. Wonderful check in, the gentleman showed us main features of the town in a map and made recommendations for a Pilgrim Meal - we are walking the Camino. We are in a twin room, I’m travelling with my mother. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and we have a Juliet balcony with sound proofing insulated windows. We have a private bathroom with… wait for it… A BATH!!! This is fantastic value and I highly recommend choosing Hostal Santiago.
You definitely should stay here! What an awesome place! Clean, peaceful and I loved how I could have all my laundry done for 10 euros washed and dried!
