Exe Zizur Pamplona

The hotel and staff are very friendly. Indeed client oriented. I had some problems with my room in the middle of the night and everything was solved in 15 minutes with a new room. And an official in writing from the front desk came the next day. Breakfast is great and the sound is amazingly calm and relaxing, there are 2 -3 spots to have dinner at good prices. In the end it is a good spot to rest after a working day.

Good quality/value. The rooms need some care (infiltrations close to windows). The breakfast is good and the waiters are nice.

Very nice staff, room was clean but just because there is a bidet in the bathroom doesn’t make it a 4 star hotel. Walls in the hotel are paper thin and you can hear everyone opening and closing their doors at night. No coffee or water in the rooms, and no coffee until the restaurant opens at 8am. Shower wall is small so no matter what we did the floors would get wet.

Location is good for access to Pamplona. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We arrived on a Spanish holiday weekend. The hotel was supposed to be fully booked. Despite this we found that most of the facilities were closed including bar, resteraunt and gym. Room service does not operate on Fri, Sat and Sunday. Booked a room with Queen sized double bed, was given 2 singles pushed together. A minibar was supposed to be in the room but was empty. A safe was supposed to be in the room but none was found. Slippers missing also. Didn't complain as the staff were nice. In summary hotel was OK and location is good for Pamplona. However I wouldn't recommend staying here at the weekend as facilities are closed.
