Central Hôtel

Spent 2 nights in SJPP before starting our Camino. This hotel was in a great location and the staff was lovely and welcoming. We were lucky to get an upgrade and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would happily recommend.

I can't recommend this place more. The view is stunning!!! And not crowded at all! Nice staff. :-) she was amazing, I am so sorry I didnt get her name but this was an afternoon shift on 27/05. Speaking English, Spanish and french. I sat at the bar and I didn't realise they had closed. They gave me all the time I needed to finish my beer! Lovely people. Thank you! 💖

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable room and fabulous location. I would definitely stay here again.

Very unpleasant receptionist. We were just about to sit down for a drink and before I went to the toilet. Whilst there the receptionist bangs on the door and when I then open she is furious and wants me to pay 2€. I said that I don’t have money on me right now and so she grabbed my camera and said she would keep it until I come back with the money. I almost felt I had committed a crime for using their toilet before ordering drinks. Sadly I felt very unwelcome and sad that a receptionist is able to treat her customers this bad. Luckily the area has a lot of other restaurants with much better service and friendly atmosphere.

Based on the fact we only slept here. Staff was excellent as we arrived late the night before. Room was clean and spacious with toilet and shower separate (and in general had a modern appearance). The room had a small balcony with picturesque view of the river and bridge where we happily stood out and chatted for some while enjoying the ambience.
