Incredibly clean, super comfy beds, everyone had a smile for my son and myself, breakfasts were huge with a large variety, rooms were well laid out with a great shower! Backyard was beautiful with birds singing and bells tolling.... pretty epic start to our Camino Frances! Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a really good location. Very clean rooms. And the hostess, Catherine, was very friendly and welcoming. The perfect place to start the Camino. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location on the Camino. Clean, quiet, the most comfy beds. Breakfast is so yummy! Chocolate croissant and delish coffee. Catherine is wonderful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I came here for 1 night as I was starting my Camino. Everything was perfect. I did’t want to leave! The bed was so comfortable at Maison Simonenia. I woke up feeling rested and in the exact same position that I fell asleep in. I met Catherine who runs the B&B. She was playful, attentive, full of life and a great personality. I loved her French accent. We joked about the conversation we exchanged the day before about breakfast, timing and me sleeping in, the sleeping in part never happened due to my backpack pickup schedule. Catherine left a wonderful spread of food for me which consisted of French press coffee, milk, fresh squeezed OJ, a plain and chocolate croissant, muesli, plain yogurt, cheese, various types of ham, butter, jam and more bread. And what I couldn’t finish, she packed it all so that I could carry it and take with me on my walk. I loved the late check out too. Thank you for being so easy going and encouraging me to take the fruit. I needed it later and was so thankful!

Perfect nights sleep. Our room had three beds and a private bathroom. The lovely lady who checked us in was so gracious and very very helpful and always had a smile and was very pleasant.
