We are currently on a pilgrimage and booked a room at this hotel for around 100€. When we got the keys and went to check in our room, we saw several traces of bed bucks! There were black little dots in the blanket and a little shell from the insect. And also there was an additional blanket under the main blanket with lots of hair… We went back to the receptionist and told them that we don’t want to stay at their hostel and asked kindly for a refund. They refused with a little attitude, which was a bit irritating. We left the hostel anyway but didn’t get a refund (yet).
Friendly staff, but extremely noisy: if you are planning to sleep do not stay there. Single glazing and window giving on the terrace of the pub 😔 Lots of noise in the corridor too... We stayed there before and it was a great experience but it clearly changed ownership...
Great staff, specially for spanish and french speakers, they also talk good english, rooms are clean the breakfast was tasty and the location is perfect straight in the city center. 10/10 would repeat
I spent the night before starting my camino. A very cold room. Extra blankets helped. Great location. Service for breakfast was a little slow. I waited a half hour and never got my complete breakfast. Very disorganized.
Rooms were nice and clean. The food wasn’t the best but there are plenty of places to eat around
