Apartamentos El Cordial De Fausto

A fully equipped apartment, tastefully decorated and very welcoming. Located right in the center of Llanes, which makes it super convenient, although parking is a bit tricky as it's on a pedestrian street. Even so, it's well worth it. Excellent value for money and Raúl's service was superb. We were two adults and a child, and it's already on our list of favorites for when we return to the area!

We spent the last week of August in a one-bedroom duplex apartment. It was renovated and tastefully decorated, with views of the mountains and a glimpse of the sea from a corner. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located in the center of Llanes, it's a 5-minute walk from the beach. The building has an elevator. Good value for money.

July 2024. We spent 9 days in these apartments, four members of a family, and the stay was wonderful. The building is very centrally located in Llanes, making it very pleasant to go up and down just to get a coffee, buy something, go for a walk, go out, etc. The building is very well maintained, pleasant, and tastefully decorated. The apartment itself is sufficient for a few days. It's true that it's not a regular home, and a little more space is missed, but it is what it is... a temporary stay. The beds, mattresses, and pillows are very comfortable, something I value greatly when I go on vacation. Rest is paramount for me... and in general, everything else is fine. Parking is the biggest drawback, if I may say so... it's on a pedestrian street... but you can't have everything... but I recommend it in any case, and above all, requesting a space in the garage they have 5 minutes away, because parking in Llanes in the summer isn't easy, especially if, like us, we went out on daily excursions and moved around a lot. The treatment with Raúl was excellent; if we return to Llanes, I will definitely call Raúl. Thank you, and greetings from Albacete.

Overall, the experience is very good. This is our second year here, and it continues to be the same. The advantages are its central location and the excellent cleaning and room service. Every day they make the beds and clean the entire apartment, stopping in the bathroom. It's very well equipped, except that one of the two-person rooms doesn't have a closet. The notable disadvantages are that they're noisy, and the parking spaces are impossible to find. They're so narrow that you have to maneuver a thousand ways. Sometimes you can't even get out.

We enjoyed a few days this Easter week in the apartments, and they maintain the same high standard we experienced 8 years ago. They are located right in the center of Llanes (the cider house area), and parking in the Sablón parking lot is a 5-minute walk away. If necessary, you can always park on the outskirts of Llanes, about 10 or 15 minutes away. Everything is very clean and welcoming, everything works, and nothing is lacking. The soundproofing is incredible. We are a family of four, and our apartment was spacious; the children loved it, and we all slept soundly. Raúl, the host, is a delightful person, always available by phone or WhatsApp to resolve any issues that might arise. Thank you so much, Raúl, for everything. We will return to Llanes and we will stay at your place again.
