Excellent value for money, great location, more than enough space for two, and bright. Easy parking (we parked in winter). Very attentive staff. No elevator (only up to the third floor) and a larger dining table would be nice, but we would definitely stay again.
Our experience was recent, four days ago, and it was very bad. The apartment looks one thing, but it's another. It smells damp...very unpleasant. The house isn't well maintained, the toilet seat is chipped, and we ran away to find another place to stay. The owner, despite expressing our dissatisfaction and not having used a single night—well, we weren't even there for half an hour—charged us the full amount. I think it's in very bad taste, and we were very upset.
It looks like gold, but it isn't silver... You walk in, and it looks very cute for the furniture. You start using it, and under the sink, the filth is pouring out: a moldy plastic dish drainer, a bathroom sink that won't drain, and the whole plumbing is filled with black amalgams that make you nauseous... Of course, leave at 10 because it has to be cleaned, I mean, you know how to do everything and that's why the drain has been clogged for years? Cheeky and lazy.
Very central and very comfortable. The staff is charming. Perfect for spending a few days in Asturias and using it as a base camp. Public parking is difficult during peak season, so it's a good idea to pay for private parking.
Everything was very clean and you have everything you need if you want to eat lunch or dinner in the apartment. If I had to find a fault, it would be that it needs another bathroom, because for four people, two of us being girls, it's a bit small, but we would definitely stay again.
