Great place to stay in Llanes with easy private parking. Nice apartment.the only thing we were missing is some information about check out times,where to throw garbage,wifi password every time to call is annoying and ask Standard questions...we would stay there again :)
Very nice location. Clean and tidy rooms. Easy walk to shops, restaurants etc.Off road parking. Good value for money.
We stayed for six days. The apartments are clean and well-maintained. Each apartment has its own parking space, the price is reasonable, and they're right next to the San Pedro promenade, which is well worth a visit. They also allow pets if you give them advance notice. Something that could be improved is that it was quite hot inside the apartment, and the only way to regulate the temperature was to turn off radiators one by one or open windows. Also, the radiators were quite noisy at night. Finally, the TV in the living room was very small. In conclusion, I would return and recommend it.
I've been honest, telling them that we have a dog who might be left alone in the apartment for a few hours when we go out to dinner, and they didn't want to accommodate us because of that. They shouldn't say they accept pets if the condition is that they can't bark. What dog doesn't bark??? It's like telling a human not to talk in the bedroom. I simply told them that the dog normally never barks in the house, but if I go out for a couple of hours, I don't know if she'll ever bark. So the thing about accepting pets should be scrutinized. I could have just said nothing at all. I'm extremely disappointed. I'll take my dog to another place where they don't have a thousand complaints.
Note (August 2025): We returned for the second year in a two-story apartment for four people: downstairs we have the living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs we have two bedrooms and another bathroom, with a small terrace and clothesline. Excellent location, 2 minutes from Sablón beach and 5 minutes from the city center. You're also just a minute away from the Paseo de San Pedro, which, like much of Llanes, boasts breathtaking views of the sea and cliffs. And from there, we also have a coastal path that we used to run in the morning, connecting Llanes with Po, through a dreamy landscape. Another very positive aspect of the apartment is that you have a reserved parking space, which is a real luxury, as parking is very difficult in Llanes. The service was very attentive. Just to mention one thing: the apartment was only cleaned (with towels and sheets changed) once in our 10-day stay.
