Hotel Las Rocas

I am not sure how this place is rated 3 star?? Or even open! It is pathetic!!! The beds are banana shaped, the bathroom is disgusting 🤮 To top that off the service is pathetic, 2 very rude reception guys. The 1 that checked us in could not find the key to our room and made it out like we took the key. Then ended up giving us another room key 🤣 The other guy, who also served the breakfast, was extremely rude, no customer service at all!!! With a stale breakfast served, sugar wet and stuck together. When I showed him the sugar, he just threw another on our table, also stale 😐 like he is doing us a favour by doing his job 🤣 what a miserable man 😑 should not be working with customers then!!!! The 1 lady that was here and served tea in the evening was the only friendly person. The only thing that was great about this place was the view of the harbor! Do not waste your time coming here!

The view was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Service was excellent. It was mid September so it didn’t matter there was no air conditioning (no hotel in Llanes has!). The only negative thing I can say that the hotel and room itself was dated to the 60s.

Good location in the centre but you pay for this with the noise. We had very little sleep due to the noise outside and also drunk people returning to the hotel until 04:30 am (on a Monday night..). The hotel is very dated and old fashioned. 1970’s bathrooms and furnishings. Poor internet. Very tired looking. Staff ok. Not particularly friendly. Parking is terrible. Took 30 mins to find it, in a far away neighbourhood. Highly overpriced for what is on offer, especially as breakfast was not included.
