3 / 5 Quite expensive albeit well equipped and clean.
Accommodates 2 adults + (2 children or 1 teenager). Not suitable for 4 adults!. So compare nearby prices and choose wisely.
3 / 5 3 / 5 The apartment in general is very nice. Close to the beach and with a great terrace for spending time with children, having breakfast, lunch... It's a bit small for four people. The bathroom lacks a cupboard or shelves for toiletries. The kitchen is fine, although lighting the stove requires some investigation, as the numbers and instructions are not clearly visible. There's no oven, just a very small microwave. The refrigerator is a bit noisy and disturbs sleep.
1 / 5 The only good thing was the location and the comfort when you weren't in the apartment. Now for the bad stuff, which was basically everything. They gave us apartment number 1. I'm mentioning this in case someone tries to pull a fast one on you, so you're warned... First problem... the moment we arrived on the first day, we realized it was unbearably hot. The living room and kitchen in this apartment have no windows. After several days, I noticed that all the other apartments had windows in every room. It was unbearable to eat and sleep in that area, and without air conditioning, imagine! Second problem: they have a moth and spider infestation. I killed, and I'm not exaggerating, 50 of each species during our 10-day stay. Cleanliness and cobwebs must not have gone hand in hand... Third problem: the pipes in that apartment were clogged. If you washed the dishes and flushed the toilet, for example, water would come out of the shower drain, which, by the way, was tiny, 75 x 75 cm, and without a shower screen, just a curtain... Fourth problem: the parking space in lot number 1 has a broken ceiling and drainage problems. Pipes from the building were dripping onto the car, presumably waste... In short, a stay to forget. We will never return to this place or any other Silken hotel. First and last time.
1 / 5 The apartments are in a privileged location 1 minute walk to the beach and in a spectacular setting, the bad thing is that everything looks neglected, both the access from the parking to the apartments with humidity and with barely any lighting, as well as the apartments super old and obsolete furniture such as the toilet with the toilet lid falling off, the shower head falling off its holder which was held in place with insulating tape and several other things (not even the detail of putting a bar of soap in the toilet) and the mattresses are a different story instead of pocket spring mattresses they were mattresses that looked like a sack of springs, my goodness in my life I have slept so badly outside the home, a shame, I repeat.
