Beautiful location and lovely staff. Special mention goes to the restaurant staff, especially Luis, who served us several times in the restaurant and was always sweet to our family. The hotel could do with some updates in decor but the main areas are modern, the staff nicely presented and the food was excellent in the a la carte restaurant. It's also very clean throughout.
We have stayed in this hotel several times now, and it's always a delight. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the cafe/restaurant seafood is superb. The view and location is the icing on the cake.
Caught it on a sunny and warm day so whole place seemed idyllic. The terrace was buzzing with folks enjoying the atmosphere - mainly well dressed Spaniards but some French and a few other Europeans. The service on the terrace was speedy. We had drinks which slipped down well in the sunshine. We ate dinner in the restaurant with a small but good choice. The food was tasty but not over facing and reasonable value. Rooms on the front had a magnificent view of the estuary. The room was bright, comfortable firm beds, free soft drinks in the fridge, a good sized bathroom with soft towels. Staff all very helpful. A good place to stay just outside Santander and would not hesitate to recommend or to stay again.
We are here and it was great. Lovely service and good food. Very accommodating. My bad Spanish sufficed as we both managed to hold a spanglish ordering conversation. Very nice atmosphere and the view across from the hotel was wonderful. Definitely worth a visit and would highly recommend for location, food and decor.
This hotel is superb. In a great location in a very quiet area fronting the beach. Facilities at the hotel are excellent, including pool and spa. Food in both the restaurant and cafeteria is of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Rooms clean and spacious. ALL the staff at this hotel are friendly, extremely helpful and go the extra mile for guests. Have loved every minute of my two visits and will definitely visit again.
