Such a lovely restored pasada. Room was stunning, warm and cosy. Quiet location, but easy to get to local towns and back to Santander. Hospitality was lovely and we felt really spoilt. Fresh cake and nice breakfast. Jackie was chatty too 🥰
My friend and I stayed at this lovely location prior to catching the ferry from Santander. This hotel is conveniently located in scenic countryside just 20 minutes from the port. The hotel is a beautifully renovated historical building dating back to the 16th century. It full of charm and character. The host is most welcoming, friendly and professional. We will always return there in future.
This lovingly restored finca in the quiet town of Morgo exudes authentic Spanish charm and is ideally situated for those looking to discover and explore the Calabria region. Its simplistic elegance provides value for money accommodation with spacious rooms , large and extremely comfortable, beds and breakfast that includes delicious homemade cakes and bread. No coincidence that the representatives from Unesco opted to stay at the hotel when designating the coastline a World Heritage Site. We stayed for three nights with our two grown up sons and were accommodated in two separate rooms connected by adjoining terraces leading to the garden. There is also ample parking for guest’s vehicles along the perimeter wall. All in all a great find and highly recommended.
The Condado de la Mota is a beautiful little place with a husband and wife team running it. Exceptionally clean, well taken care of, remodeled rooms. We paid a few Euros more for a room with private patio at the back where we could enjoy drinks in the evening or coffee. The location is a little remote from other restaurants or shops but this wasn’t an issue for us. The owner had made a lovely biscotti cake for breakfast. The chickens on the property had chicklets running around too so fun to see. Definitely recommended,
This beautiful and cosy place is a gem. I have been travelling for 40 years and this is one of the best places I have been. Anna is the most wonderful and helpful host. Highly recommend for people travelling true the North of Spain on holidays or going on the Ferrie in Santander. Only 25 minutes drive to the Ferrie Port. I will be back .
