I arrived at 6:30 PM, and the host had messaged me clear instructions on how to enter and which bed was assigned to me. I really appreciated that! I stayed in the first room with six beds. The bed was quite unstable and shook whenever someone turned over. However, the bathroom was excellent—definitely the best I’ve seen in a hostel. It was very clean and well-equipped with toilet paper and disinfectant.

Hostel has two bunk rooms. It can be noisy if there's people sitting at the pantry area. The ladies toilet was out of order so there was only a single toilet shared between two bunk rooms. On a positive note, the receptionist was warm and friendly, and cutleries are provided in the pantry area.

The location is good, and the hostel itself is fine. The facilities are quite new, but the cleanliness is just barely adequate. The bathroom mirrors were all splashed with grime; it was clear they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The same with the sinks—everything was quite dirty. Plus, the cleaning lady spilled bleach on my pants that I'd left drying in the bathroom. She said I couldn't leave anything there, so she decided to treat my clothes like an old rag and spill bleach on them. A really bad experience.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the cathedral in Santiago's old town. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again because of the excellent value for money this hostel offered.

We hiked the Camino de Santiago with a group of friends. The location is great, in the historic center, very close to the cathedral. The hostel is cozy and the beds are comfortable. They have a washer and dryer inside the hostel. The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend it.
