I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place needs some notes. There is no reception and all communication is done by email. That can work, but it’s not ideal …especially for foreigners who may need a bit more support. The recommended contact is via phone to a Spanish number, which isn’t always easy or practical when traveling abroad. When I arrived, the bed and wardrobe were dirty, and the hair dryer was broken. I sent messages and emails with photos, but the response I received was simply that it was impossible to send someone to help, and that was it. Other guests here reported having the same issue with getting PIN access and finding their rooms and etc. Could be improved.. Note: the dinner on the table was absolutely nonsense and maybe a wrong message, because I had arrived 2 min before and was completely confused with that reply. Another note: they let people check in at any time, so it’s midnight and 3 people arrived super loudly at the hotel.. weird in my opinion..

No human contact, all communication via WhatsApp telebot. Tried to ask some questions via WhatsApp and had no reply. Kitchen and bathrooms dirty. Bed was comfortable but it was smelly in the room, my bunk mate snored all night and the doors into the bathroom were really loud. Oh, and the kitchen doesn’t have any cooking facilities other than a microwave. No vibe. If you want just a comfortable bed to lay after exploring the city, it’s good. Otherwise, I’d find somewhere else.

I had made a reservation through booking. After reading the multiple reports on bed bugs I requested to cancel. Sadly they kept my money. I would have expected more from a place that looks as good as this

Had a terrible experience, still on going. They owe my €93. I booked 2 beds then cancelled so I could rebook a 3 bed dorm so we could have a room to ourselves. They have taken the money out of my account even though I cancelled the room in plenty of time and was told I wouldn’t be charged. The night we stayed 15th April, we came back to our three bed dorm at 11pm to find a random person was in our room, we were confused and felt unsafe as we had booked the 3 bed room. No one told us that anyone else would be in the room, the random person said they were a staff member. I tried to complain in the morning but the receptionist was rude and didn’t seem to care. So have tried numerous times to send emails and WhatsApp’s to get a refund and an apology. Still to get both. Terrible service and unacceptable to put three women’s safety at risk with no explanation or adequate response.

I stayed on Oct.12(Sunday). There are bed bugs in the room which is close to street. I got the 5 bugs all night.
