I absolutely loved this hotel, it’s instantly become one of my favourite stays! I was sadly only there for one night on my own but I felt safe and very secure. The room was spotless, the staff was kind and helpful, the balcony was beautiful and the view was incredible! I can’t say enough good things about this spot. It was a perfect size room for just me, and steps away from the cathedral. I hope to come back for more than one night!
I stayed here for two nights, along with another pilgrim, after we finished the Camino de Santiago. I wish I could give this property and the team 6 stars because our stay was fantastic. Jose and his sister Maria, along with Carla, were so welcoming, kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make our stay so nice. Sadly I had injured myself at the end of my Camino and they were so kind and got me bags of ice so I could ice my ankle. We also got good recommendations for restaurants nearby. We encountered an issue with luggage we had stored somewhere else and Jose retrieved it for us and even met us days later at the train station to give us our items as we were traveling back thru Santiago on our way home. That is top notch service! The owners are genuinely kind and it warmed my heart The location is perfect - just a few minutes from the cathedral and places to eat. The rooms are clean and cozy. There are only six rooms here on three floors so don’t hesitate to reserve a room if you are lucky enough and they have an opening!
This places is amazing and Carla, Jose and Jose’s sister are the best. They took care of me and my wife. I cannot wait to come back. I felt right at home, all of their recommendations were amazing.
This cozy place is just steps from the cathedral, and the staff was extremely helpful in finding us a second hotel when we needed to stay another night in Santiago. It's on a pedestrian street, with only occasional cars passing through, and no nearby bars to keep you awake at night. Great hotel, great staff, great room, great location, all at a reasonable rate.
Had a room on the 3rd with Ballons. Very cosy, extreme friendly team. On Saturday was a bit loud outside, but I came from a party as well - so earplugs and sleep 😂 But in comparison with some other places in town and location - it was amazing silent. Great location - just 2 min to the main square.
