I thought it was great, super clean in a good location and a great price. Assistance was pleasant and only a phone call away. I note other reviews from people, who cannot seem to manage the check in, do not let them put you off.

Fare service for fair price. I've been in the farthest room and wifi there was like... mobile 4G was really better even despite my room was exactly in the center of building. Bathrooms were fine and crean. The doors and locks feels so much loose, though they are so in all hostels, so no problems.

Clean, well located, convenient and price is ok, given how busy is santiago. You share bathroom, but there are plenty, so it is fine! But please, change the key system.... it just make life harder for everyone. I had to be let in by the cleaning lady (great she was around!l) because the key box simply did not work. And most people had challenges.

The location is perfect near the train station and a lot of shopping and good restaurants. The room and showers are clean and the staff are only a phone call away. What really brings down the grades are the locks, once you have the room key you will also get a key to enter from the streets. You will however NOT receive a key to the apparent. During my stay I only managed to open that door once by myself (the first time), the rest of the time someone else had to let me in. And to get the room key it's good to know that you need to pull down a little lever just left of where you enter your 4 digit code and fold down the little box under the code-thing. I had to call for help and a girl came knocking on my door as she couldn't open it either. Maybe a little picture to show how to do it would help. And a key or code to the middle door, the one to the apartment. Answer to reply: I did read the instructions as did the girl I had to help, the box just didn't open but had to be opened manually, I'm just saying that it would have been easier if we had known how it looked opened. And I do consider it a problem not being able to enter the apartment by myself because the app only works sporadically. And as they said, I still stay there, in the middle of the night I woke up with a headache as the room doesn't have any ventilation and I had to open the window to get air.

Clean room with a comfy bed. Good location close to the centre of Santiago de Compestela. However the shared bathrooms could use improvement as the showers in two of the three bathrooms were snapped so you had to hold them by hand.
