Modern hotel with olde world touches in the rooms. Lovely fountain and open plan vista on the inside all floors can be seen from the ground floor and downwards from the top level (breakfast room) with an array of real plants hanging down from each level.
A fantastic hotel that instantly reminded me of the elegant decor from the movie Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. The blend of classic charm with modern touches creates a unique atmosphere. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything is spotlessly clean. The central location is perfect—you can reach the cathedral and the university hospital in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!
Room is nice, but a 2 stars hotel room, doors are as per photo. A/C is not working, it makes an awful squeaky noise even with earplugs you cannot sleep. The window opens but you cannot sleep with the avenue of 4 lanes around and the summer heat. Also the internal corridor balcony does not work since the voices and noise from lobby and bar are heard in the rooms. The elevators take too long to reach you and have a disagreeable odor. The corridors’ carpets have patches of discoloration. Needs immediately renovation. Would NOT recommend AT ALL!
Hotel very clean, staff helpful but few amenities.
Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was awful. Extremely hot and the air conditioning did not work. We complained about it but the room was at least 75-80°F and there was no attempt to move us or fix it. Parking was an absolute nightmare with how tight it is. Would not stay again or recommend.
