This hotel was AMAZING! Big rooms! Super friendly and helpful - the location was perfect right in old city! Staff were super friendly and so helpful with our 1 and 5 year old. Super Clean and couldn’t ask for more! 100% will stay again!
I spent two nights after finishing my camino and both the double and single rooms were amazing, very modern and stylish. The location is very good. Also the communication with the owner was always fast and easygoing, even though I had a lot of questions and eventually extended the booking. They also brought my luggage into the second room after I checked out of the first. Would definitely stay again!
Spacious room but not chair or table in the room. The service is all via WhatsApp. Never talked to anyone in person. The rooms are above a restaurant and you enter through the restaurant. The staircase is not lighted so you can use the light on your mobile phone. The beds are firm and the AC works well. Five minutes walk from the cathedral.
Had one night here after finishing my Camiño and it was lovely. I didn’t get the correct information from my travel agent about how to get into the property but I was able to WhatsApp message the owner/manager Maica and she was so helpful and prompt. Excellent customer service. The room was lovely with some really nice little luxurious touches. Also, in an amazing central location that still felt really private. Will absolutely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much!
OMG - Stayed for one night. This hotel is in the central part of Santiago. Absolutely beautiful, chic hotel, generous facilities, coffee, cakes and water. Importantly fantastic beds and super quiet. If you are travelling to Santiago this is a must stay. I’m fully recovered/refreshed to continue another week in the North of Spain.
