I have walked 5 Caminos and have stayed at the end of each Camino in this wonderful hotel. It is located right on the Camino Francés, just 50m before you enter the big square in front of the cathedral. It is in an excellent location. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Breakfast is available.
Great hotel and very well located! Service is excellent. Rooms are lovely and very clean. Reception is open 24 hours. Good value for the price.
We had an amazing time at Hotel Carris De La Troya. Everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. Rooms and everywhere in the hotel was very clean. The location could not be better, just behind the Cathedral, everything is close by. Walking distance to literally everywhere. The breakfast was incredible and no words to describe the lady that helps during the desayuno, always helping everyone with a smile, very kind and helpful. Bringing us the perfect coffee. I have to also comment on the two cleaning ladies that were always with a smile and were so kind bringing us new towels. Thank you. I would like to give more than 5 stars, and when I can will definitely come back. Super recommend.
Excellent location Front desk staff very good Poor value for money Our room, room 108 could best be described as a cell, with a small porthole window. Only one bedside table Enormous cushions on the bed which we had to stuff in the tiny wardrobe to create some space No minibar This should be used as a storage cupboard not a hotel room £326 for two nights? By far the worst value on our trip to Galacia The room for breakfast is on the small side as well, rather too much of it taken up by an enormous toaster. I’m not fan of coffee machines for breakfast but this place needs one, as for the poor waitress is rushed off her feet constantly going downstairs to make cups of coffee, why not give people a pot of coffee
Got bed bugs here. Location is nice though. Very expensive for how little the room is. Also the bathroom door was rotting.
