We stayed 2 nights after walking 130 km on the Camino. 20 min walk from the main church. The only complaint was the final morning a speaker in the ceiling was crackling loudly!!! This began at 530am! No one to alert about it. Lucky we left at 715 am. UNACCEPTABLE
Best night I've slept on the Camino. Great breakfast, clean room, and especially kind and capable staff. My room was on the highest floor of the hotel, so there was no noise from the street or the other guests. I would normally not spend this much on a room for myself, but I'm tempted to stay here again before my flight home next week.
For a 3-star hotel, it exceeded expectations. The place is clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town, which makes the location pretty convenient. Special shoutout to the reception team—especially Laura. Maria at the bar makes a fantastic coffee and always serves it with a warm smile. Thanks for the great stay—we’ll definitely be coming back!
We booked the hotel after the Camino de Santiago ended, for 3 days. Bad luck that just at that time there was a total blackout in Spain and Portugal - we thought we would not get to the airport. And here the staff deserves a huge compliment - the receptionist drove us in her private car at 4:40 directly from under the hotel to the departure hall of Airport Santiago. Thank you very, very much, you are a wonderful team! I have never met such an empathetic service - heartfelt thanks and see you someday :)
I love this place and the staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. Michelle and her team are professional and friendly. My room was clean every day, and the bed and bathroom were cleaned properly. This place has fridge so its really ideal to stay here for more than 2 nights. Amenities They have soap and clean towels just bring conditioner Ask for hot water for your tea if needed. Would have been nicer if they also offered a hot water maker, but the fridge is good enough to keep my drinks, fresh OJ, and yogurt cold. Close to the grocery store and next to a wash and dry place. Wash and just picture from next door - very convinient. Yes, ill stay here again. Thank you staff for making my stay here safe, clean and a wonderful experience. Comment: Please repurpose these the very old towels. Dont dont allow ypur next guest to see those broken/ruined towels.
