Unfortunately the worst check-in I had for years traveling in Europe. They apparently had no front desk to check in after 4pm local time😬 what a hotel! The online check-in alternative is terrible snd despite did it trice, they never sent me the information to check in. I had to walk to another nearby hotel owned by them as well to check in dragging my luggage around after a long flight! Terrible experiences and don’t recommend. The lady at front desk is nice and helpful though. However the management of the hotel about no front desk is ridiculous and horrible online check-in process. Never stay here again. The price is not even that low and over $100 a night. And if you forgot something behind and calling back to retrieve it, forget it as the staff doesn’t turn them in and probably just keep for themselves and report nothing was found. No honest staff 😔

The hotel has a great location—just 8 minutes’ walk to the cathedral and only 2 minutes to the airport bus stop (6A, Parada de bus aeropuerto). Although the reception is not open 24 hours, the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, light sleepers should think twice before booking. The noise from the street traffic doesn’t stop until midnight, and the room’s soundproofing is quite poor—you can clearly hear what’s going on next doors .

The hotel is well located, and the staff are very nice, but other than that, it is not a good choice. Breakfast is meager, beds are ridiculously short and narrow, with mattresses that are really just a foam pad, that slips around on wooden slats for support. The rooms are tiny, with virtually no place to put your luggage. I could hear every footstep of whoever was waking above, and leaving about an hour before I actually wanted to wake up. If you've just walked the Camino, you won't mind taking a few more steps to a better B&B.

Couldn’t fault this hotel. After walking the Camino Frances it was a lovely sanctuary to stay in. Clean, comfortable, warm showers, friendly and helpful staff, close to the city centre. Highly recommend!
