Hotel Gaio 7

Huge shoutout to the front staff - they really were very helpful and attentive, and we felt valued as guests. For example, we came during New Year's eve around 9pm and most, if not all, restaurants were closed. We bought food from a 24h mercado at a gas station and the staff was very nice to heat the food for us despite the emergency she was dealing with at the time. The staff in the morning served as great breakfast as well. On the day we checked out, we were rushed to leave due to our scheduled ride, and they gave us coffee and snacks to go! Little things like these and their attention to detail go a long way. Amazing, amazing service! 👏 The room is quite special as well with a 2nd level, that was something I have not seen before. The City views during new year's eve was perfect. The hotel seemed quite new and modern overall, bed was on the firm side but comfortable.

This is a little gem of a hotel in Santiago. The hotel is brand new and superbly clean. Our room overlooked the cathedral which was nice considering we visited in November and it was cold and rainy outside so we could enjoy the view from our bed. The garden was beautiful, a little oasis in the city, sadly we couldn’t enjoy it as much due to the time of year but I really could imagine this to be a highlight of anyones trip to come back and relax after a days walking if visiting in the summer. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to all main streets, with all the bars and restaurants you need. I recommend using ear plugs as this is an old building so you hear all the footsteps above you through the wooden flooring. I used ear plugs on second night and slept very well. TV, A/C, Shower & Bed all excellent. Plus nice selection in mini-bar. Overall a fantastic, clean, modern, comfortable stay with very pleasant staff.

From start to finish, my experience at Gaio7 Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — I was welcomed with a handwritten note, coffee, water, and a sweet treat that made me feel right at home. Though I only stayed for one night, everything about this hotel made a lasting impression. I felt genuinely cared for, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Gaio7 Hotel to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Five stars are not enough for the level of service we received at this hotel. We were very tired and a little injured after finishing the Camino and the manager Natalia literally took care of all of our needs as if we were her own family. Thank you so much! The cold plunge pool is amazing after the long hike. They have a great snack menu. The only funny thing is that my very tall husband did not fit in the top section of our room so maybe check room specifications to book a space that fits you.

Beautiful small hotel in a great location. Rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds, lovely views and a great shower. Really good breakfast with fresh fruit, breads, eggs etc and great coffee. But the it was the staff who made our stay special. Thank you
