The receptionist was incredibly helpful with check-in and even arranged taxis for us several times. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only minor downside was the opaque bathroom door, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Breakfast was great, and Overall we were very happy with our stay. We'd highly recommend this hotel!
Had a very pleasant stay here for one night. It has everything you could want in a city hotel less than 80 euros a night: very centrally located in Santiago, very clean, and modern but comfortable. Less than 10 minute walk to the Cathedral
Clean, fairly quiet, and close to the cathedral and medieval city. But no fridge unfortunately.
Hotel is in a great location in between the train station and the cathedral. Rooms were a little beat up and there was an odd smell from the bathroom, but they were clean and we had a beautiful balcony. Concierge service was fantastic and available 24/7.
Location, staff and breakfast are excellent. This is a great hotel for the money. Our flight was in evening and we were allowed to leave our luggage and use restroom during the day. This was so helpful. The room I chose was small but had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.
