Staying here is truly a unique experience. The stories this building narrates are simply beautiful. Once a convent, it has been tastefully renovated into a hotel that perfectly blends history with comfort. The rooms are spacious, and the service is exceptionally warm and welcoming. A special mention to the lady who attended to us—she went above and beyond by recommending wonderful places and experiences to explore, including food, wine, and even the closest segment of the Camino walk. Her guidance made our stay even more memorable. The hotel is conveniently located about a km from the cathedral. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable stay in Santiago.
Staff are very helpful- excellent and high standard of customer service. Their front desk was very kind and surprisingly accommodating when I arrived after traveling for 16 hours. It was unexpected and in such a busy hotel, and I appreciate the kindness very much! Clearly management is doing a beautiful job in maintaining standards while also keeping a warm personality across the board. Also the kitchen(s) here are excellent! The breakfast buffet spread is lovely and very varied with good quality of food. The restaurant for dinner was also fabulous- every dish was beautiful and delicious, with a high level of service. There is a high quality/standard being adhered to here, and I can’t praise them enough.
If you like a little walk. Great place. Quiet. Nice folks. Great little creek with bridge in front. Nice setting. Clean. Away from noise and crowds. Away from cars.
Great hotel. Room with great views if it wasn't raining very comfy bed and pillows. Staff happy and helpful. Good breakfast and bar offering. Highly recommend
Excellent location and accommodations - runs with calm and serene feeling despite being busy with cruise arrivals, weddings, and more. Breakfast is out of this world! Pool area is nice if a little small and on the cooler side. Very nice touches in workout area and nice room with tubs. Location cannot be beat for what you get inside + wonderful pastel de Santiago. Can’t wait to return, thank you so much!
