What a fantastic hotel. Great room, comfortable beds, awesome friendly staff that go out if their way for you. If ever I get back to SDC (and I plan to), I will always try to stay here. It's a great treat after walking 800 KM !
The hotel is located in one of the best locations. It is very cute, in an old style, with beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean. The staff is very attentive. Highest rating from me👍👍👍
The hotel is sooo beautiful! Is really cozy and the architecture is really fascinating since is a typical traditional building with a very nice done restoration. Room is spacious and clean. The girl in the reception was very nice honestly! We are absolutely loving it here and would def recommend to anybody who’s coming to Santiago. Also, absolutely central, right next in the corner of the Cathedral! Is a 10/10 for us :)
Customer service better than most. What makes this hotel better than the rest is their staff. They are absolutely focused on assisting you and offering you anything you need. We arrived early after walking into the city at 8:30am and they took our packs and dropped them in our room when ready. They made dinner reservation for us (luckily one of the best restaurants had an opening). On our departure, they held our luggage and allowed us to use the TV lounge until our train departure in the evening. Book the breakfast buffet; it's a good deal. The rooms are nice, clean, quiet and location is fantastic. I will always stay here when in Santiago.
This is by far one of the nicest hotel I ever stayed at. It is right next to the cathedral of Santiago and is built in an old house. The staff were incredible and extremely knowledgeable in directing you to where you would like to go and visit. They even pointed out things that I wasn’t even aware of. I saw way more than I would have on my own thanks to their outstanding service. Do yourself a favour and book this hotel.
