4 / 5 Very nice spot close to Cathedral but on a much less traveled street that still has many services. Laundry facility about a 2 minute walk; low-key plaza coffee/bar with terraces about 3 minutes, and every manner of storefront within 7-10.
The place has a relaxed vibe and great staff. Helpful and friendly. I had a very good massage onsite post-Camino. It's a very vintage building with a nice interior and exposed rock in places.
My room was comfortable, clean and had an excellent shower Good bed, slept well with little if any noise after 1030-11pm.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I look forward to it.
5 / 5 An amazing hotel. I checked in online and got a free room upgrade. The receptionists were extremely friendly and kind. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. After my Camino it was the perfect stay. I didn’t avail of the spa amenities because I didn’t have the time but would 100 percent stay in this hotel again.
4 / 5 I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at this hotel, which is located in the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela.
It is just a short walk from the cathedral and the vibrant shops of the old quarter. It is ideal for exploring the city.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My single room was clean, featuring tasteful and calming décor that immediately put me at ease. The serene ambience made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights was the massage service, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating, helping me unwind completely and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Despite the hotel's central location, my room was quiet, free from any outside noise, allowing me to rest undisturbed for a full nine hours.
The combination of comfort, tranquillity, and great service made my stay great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing stay in the heart of the city.
One aspect to be aware of is the bathroom design. The shower and toilet areas are enclosed with glass walls, offering no privacy. While this was not an issue for me during my solo stay, it could be less comfortable for those sharing a room. Prospective guests should consider this when booking.
2 / 5 The WiFi connection is really bad in my room (I stay in the first room on the second floor). Also, no mobile network enters through the thick stone walls. So, you are basically offline in the room. Not a real problem, but a comfort breaker for me.
What was a problem was that the windows do not isolate very well, so with lots of people talking and yelling on the street at night you wake up every time.
Apart from that it is clean, the personnel is nice and the hotel has a rather modern interior.
5 / 5 Really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect post Camino rest. I booked one of the single bedrooms and it was perfect. Front desk staff were really nice and helped to direct me to the bus for the airport. Perfect location. Would recommend.
