Terrible service. On the first day we arrived, the door lock was broken that it doesn't lock after we close it from outside, we had to talk to the cleaning lady and get a key before we could leave. Then the next day, they sent someone to fix the door while we were resting in the room. Then we thought the problem was over, but no, we realized that we couldn't open the door with the access code after the repair person left, then we had to call customer service again to have another person come over. In the end we had to be located to another room which is worse than the one we had booked because that was the only one available. Everytime we called customer service we had to repeat the same story again and again. It wasted us so much time from my vacation. We requested a reimbursement for all the trouble, we got a miserable 10% back and a templated response saying ,"we are so sorry for your experience but there's nothing else we can do". Well, thank you very much limehome.
The train was delayed and arrived around 12 p.m., but it was convenient because I could enter the room with a password. The interior was very clean, and it was probably recently remodeled. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, so I could cook and eat. It was nice to have capsule coffee and tea. One inconvenience is that the water did not drain well from the shower booth, but it seems to need repair. Overall, It's a very satisfactory accommodation. I want to stay here again next time. The accomodation is very central and I'm close proximity to the main sights of the city. I can definitely recommend it. Regarding Service I could not judge it, I never saw any of the staff.
There is no air conditioning, which is falsely advertised upon booking. My room was above 27 degrees at all times and when I asked the customer service to allow permission to change the temperature they said they do not provide air conditioning. The customer service is very slow and not helpful. The curtains in my room were broken and not able to close all the way so there was no privacy. They will not allow you to drop off or store your luggage before or after check out. Staying here was a pain and I do not recommend it for the high price.
Sssshhhhh please keep the just between us .. if it gets out about this amazing accommodation in Santiago we won’t be able to get a room again. The place was five mins walk from the bus stop from airport. We had a late flight but it didn’t matter, the entrance was a key pad and the same to the room. The room was extremely clean and well presented. It had everything you needed a warm clean comfortable bed, hot shower, we didn’t use it but a HD television, coffee machine and a cooking hob again not needed. I would whole heartedly recommend using this accommodation for a long weekend or a stop over before travelling. Well done Limehome you can find good reasonable priced accommodations.
